Quality in our work is the basic tool for constant improvement. Tompla is renowned for quality in its products and service. This Quality is the result of the effort and work of all the staff in the organisation.

Our policy is based on the message stated by the founders of TOMPLA:

• This statement, which enabled us to open the door to the future, is today the basic premise of the organisation which is lead by a clear company motto.
• Tompla's management is committed to providing the necessary means for implementing, developing and constantly improving the efficiency of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, and to meeting the legal, statutory and customer requirements.
• Therefore, the management considers it important to train and prepare all the staff in the organisation, to maintain communication channels which allow a correct flow and analysis of information within the organization. This also facilitates the management and improvement of all the processes included in the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.
• For the application of this policy, quality objectives are defined in line with it and are periodically reviewed to ensure their compliance.
